1. Online Application Instruction

1) Please use Google Chrome(Download) to fill out the online application form

2) *marked items are mandatory

3) Documents for online-upload should be PDF、JPG or PNG, less than1Mb

4) Before start your online application, please get all the documents for online-upload ready.

Online application without uploading digital photo with white background and photo page of passport will not be accepted

5) In the last page of application, please check and make sure that all the information submitted is correct

2. Application Methods

Method One

Before start your online application, please get all the scanned copies of following required documents ready

1) 3.5cm*5.3cm sized photo with white background in JPG with pixels higher than 320*240 between 100-500kb

2) photo page of passport

3) household registration book

4) certificate of highest academic degree and graduation received

5) Official Transcripts of relative highest degree

6) Language certificate (New HSK4 certificate or relative language Proficiency certificate)

7) Research plan no less than 1000 words for master or doctoral degree program(in Chinese or English)

8) Two Letters of Recommendation from prof. or associate prof. for master or doctoral degree program

9) Certificate of Employment of applicant (if applicable)

10) Recommendation letter with official seal from international affairs office of home institution for exchange students

11) Certificate of Employment of Financial Guarantor

〇Language Program applicants should submit documents of 1~5,9 and 11

〇Undergraduate Program applicants should submit documents of 1~6、9、11

〇Postgraduate Program applicants should submit documents of 1~9、11

〇Exchange Program applicants should submit documents of 1~5、10、11

〇General Scholars should submit same documents as Undergraduate Program applicants, Advanced Scholars should submit

same documents as Postgraduate Program applicants

Method Two

Upload online the scanned copies of the following documents before start your online application:

1) 3.5cm*5.3cm sized photo with white background in JPG with pixels higher than 320*240 between 100-500kb

2) photo page of passport

please submit the rest required documents through email to liuxue@ybu.edu.cn or 1097964156@qq.com in 5 days after online application

Notes：Admitted students who submitted documents through online and email should postmail before arrive at school or show the original copies of all the documents submitted for international student office to check when register at Yanbian University. Any forged documents founded will cause rejection of admission
